These Terms & Conditions govern use of the JOOLIZ website and JOOLIZ communications, including SMS messaging. By using the website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable.
1. JOOLIZ Services
JOOLIZ provides customer service, technical service coordination, smart systems, controls, automation, and related communications. Information provided through the website, SMS, or automated assistant may be used to understand a request, collect details, and coordinate next steps. Final scope, pricing, availability, scheduling, and any regulated work are subject to separate confirmation.
2. SMS Messaging Program
Customers may voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages from JOOLIZ. Messages may include customer-service conversations, responses to service inquiries, service-request follow-ups, appointment coordination, and service-related notifications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. To request assistance, reply HELP.
3. Eligibility and Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and service-request information. If you submit a mobile number, you represent that you are authorized to use that number and to provide consent for communications sent to it.
4. Automated and AI-Assisted Communications
JOOLIZ may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to help respond to inquiries, collect service information, and support scheduling or customer care. Automated responses may not always be complete or error-free. Important decisions involving pricing, contractual commitments, safety, regulated work, or confirmed appointments should be separately verified with JOOLIZ.
5. Safety
Website and messaging communications are not a substitute for emergency services. Do not rely on SMS or automated messaging for emergencies or immediate hazards. If there is an immediate threat to life, property, fire safety, electrical safety, or another emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use JOOLIZ systems to transmit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, malicious, or harmful content; interfere with systems; impersonate others; or attempt unauthorized access.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the JOOLIZ Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Availability and Changes
JOOLIZ may update, suspend, or change website or communication features. We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page.
9. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the website and automated communication features are provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing in an automated message creates a binding quote, appointment, warranty, or contract unless JOOLIZ separately confirms it.
